First Home’s a Charm

When Sharon began her home search, she had already done the groundwork and was ready to go! She knew exactly what she wanted, and I knew we wanted to get her the best deal in this market! After finding a home that had previously been purchased by an ibuyer company, we saw an opportunity to get a great home at a great price!Knowing it would be hard to negotiate when the other side of this deal was a corporation, Sharon stood firm on everything she knew she needed to get from this home and this deal! And it worked! We closed on this home for $100k less than what it was last purchased at (giving her instant equity!) and we were able to get buyer credits to lower her interest rate!Can you say boss lady moves? Sharon is starting a new chapter with this new home for her and her children Aliyah and Tristan!
