First Home’s a Charm

We were lucky to get introduced to Richard through another agent colleague from Northern California. Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came to us with a clear idea of what he wanted in his next home. We immediately saw one that sparked his interest but still previewed four others just in case. Richard was extremely grateful and courteous throughout the process, which made working with him effortless. After viewing all five properties, he ultimately fell back in love with the first home we saw and we made an offer on it. The offer was accepted quickly and the escrow process went smoothly, allowing us to hand over the keys to his new home.
