Homeownership Goals | Equity on Repeat

Back in 2015, these recently engaged lovebirds were looking for a nest to call home, so the hunt was on to find and purchase their starter place. One of their biggest wishes was to stay local to family in Carlsbad and in a reputable neighborhood with a possible backyard. In August of 2015, Gina and Brett said yes to the address in the beautiful master planned community of Shadowridge. In this cozy home they started their family, remodeled throughout, and found out they were pretty DIY handy with some power tools.

After 4 years, and thinking of the future, they decided to sell contingent and then buy again to get into something newer and little bit bigger. With some good equity in their pocket, they had their eye on a brand new build with a little bit more square footage in the heart of Rancho Del Oro in Oceanside. Buying new doesn’t necessarily come without hiccups, so after 2 years in Oceanside, they again found themselves needing another place to call home with hopes of something a little bigger for their growing family! They repeated the process of buying and selling at the same time and found the perfect home just one town over. Homeownership has allowed them to continue to build equity and find the perfect home for every stage of their family's growth. Can’t wait to see what’s next with their homeownership dreams!
