Love, Marriage, and Homeownership

We love when friends trust us enough to become our clients too! We met Amber and Drake at a local gym a few years back. When we met them, they were in the middle of planning their wedding! After their wedding and honeymoon bliss, they reached out to us to find their first home! This would be the first purchase for both Amber and Drake together!

Amber and Drake had a vision of what they wanted when they started their home search. Their top must haves were a backyard, 3 bedrooms, and space for the family they were looking forward to starting. Which, we are so excited to say they are expecting a baby girl this July! 

So, we were on the hunt. We started viewing properties here and there and found some areas that seemed like really good fits! After a few months of looking, we wrote on a couple, but one really stood out. We wrote as aggressively as we could but unfortunately we didn’t get it accepted! Luckily for them, that home came back around, after falling out of escrow, and they were given a second to say yes to the address!
