Veterans Building Generational Wealth
Jacob and Austin, longtime friends and veterans, decided to team up for a new venture – buying their first home as an investment. Eager to secure their financial future, they researched real estate markets, sought financial advice, and started their home buying journey. We were connected with Jacob and Austin through a friend of ours. After chatting with them and finding out what their real estate goals were, we set them up on a search to target what they were really looking for. We toured 10 different homes, all offering different opportunities of investment. A big thing on their must have list was 2 separate living spaces, for Jacob, Austin, and their significant others. After finding the one, they worked together with their loan officer to ensure the best rates and financial opportunities for them. Because they were using their VA benefits, they were able to capitalize on their investment. What started as their first home is now a full time investment property with rental income coming in every month from new tenants. Congratulations on the first of many investment properties!
From the Bay Area to San Diego
Alexi and Matthew were renters in the Bay Area when they decided they wanted to move back to San Diego County to be closer to family. As newly minted parents, the couple knew they wanted to come back home as homeowners. One of their "must haves" was to be part of a safe and lively neighborhood community, with amenities like parks for kids and friendly neighbors. They had their neighborhood picked out, but there was this crazy thing going on at the time in the world... the COVID-19 Pandemic! Not only was the couple house hunting and touring homes via video calls, but also facing COVID-19 travel restrictions when they finally got into escrow with "the one". That home is now their current home, and Alexi and Matthew had built up quite a bit of equity since their 2020 purchase (and had another baby!) They absolutely love their home and their neighborhood and are making great use of their expansive 5 bedroom home in Oceanside, CA.
Love, Marriage, and Homeownership
We love when friends trust us enough to become our clients too! We met Amber and Drake at a local gym a few years back. When we met them, they were in the middle of planning their wedding! After their wedding and honeymoon bliss, they reached out to us to find their first home! This would be the first purchase for both Amber and Drake together!Amber and Drake had a vision of what they wanted when they started their home search. Their top must haves were a backyard, 3 bedrooms, and space for the family they were looking forward to starting. Which, we are so excited to say they are expecting a baby girl this July! So, we were on the hunt. We started viewing properties here and there and found some areas that seemed like really good fits! After a few months of looking, we wrote on a couple, but one really stood out. We wrote as aggressively as we could but unfortunately we didn’t get it accepted! Luckily for them, that home came back around, after falling out of escrow, and they were given a second to say yes to the address!
