From the East Coast to San Diego

The first leap into homeownership can seem scary, but after moving back to San Diego from the East Coast, Kyle and Christina were ready to make the move from being renters to being homeowners. It was tempting to compromise on their dream - stretching their search further from the beach increased their prospects for finding a home, but in the end the 3 rules of real estate (location, location, location) prevailed. This young family found an amazing community, less than a mile from the beach, and at a great price point for first time home buyers just starting their path of homeownership.
