Veterans Building Generational Wealth

Jacob and Austin, longtime friends and veterans, decided to team up for a new venture – buying their first home as an investment. Eager to secure their financial future, they researched real estate markets, sought financial advice, and started their home buying journey. 

We were connected with Jacob and Austin through a friend of ours. After chatting with them and finding out what their real estate goals were, we set them up on a search to target what they were really looking for. We toured 10 different homes, all offering different opportunities of investment. A big thing on their must have list was 2 separate living spaces, for Jacob, Austin, and their significant others. 

After finding the one, they worked together with their loan officer to ensure the best rates and financial opportunities for them. Because they were using their VA benefits, they were able to capitalize on their investment. 

What started as their first home is now a full time investment property with rental income coming in every month from new tenants.
