From the Bay Area to San Diego

Alexi and Matthew were renters in the Bay Area when they decided they wanted to move back to San Diego County to be closer to family. As newly minted parents, the couple knew they wanted to come back home as homeowners. 

One of their "must haves" was to be part of a safe and lively neighborhood community, with amenities like parks for kids and friendly neighbors.

They had their neighborhood picked out, but there was this crazy thing going on at the time in the world... the COVID-19 Pandemic! Not only was the couple house hunting and touring homes via video calls, but also facing COVID-19 travel restrictions when they finally got into escrow with "the one". 

That home is now their current home, and Alexi and Matthew had built up quite a bit of equity since their 2020 purchase (and had another baby!) They absolutely love their home and their neighborhood and are making great use of their expansive 5 bedroom home in Oceanside, CA.
